1. Digital Products and Financial Plans
For digital products, including but not limited to our Financial Freedom Plan, Retirement Wealth Builder, and other downloadable financial planning tools:
- A full refund may be issued within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the product, provided you have not substantially downloaded, used, or benefited from the product.
- To request a refund, you must contact our customer service team with your purchase details and reason for dissatisfaction.
- We reserve the right to determine if a refund is warranted based on the nature of the complaint and evidence of product use.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
2. Insurance Products
For insurance products such as Family Protection Insurance and Business Financial Protection:
- All insurance products are subject to a 30-day free look period from the date of policy issuance.
- Within this period, you may cancel the policy and receive a full refund of premiums paid, less any administrative fees as specified in your policy document.
- After the free look period, cancellation terms will be as specified in your individual policy document, which may include partial refunds on a pro-rata basis or surrender values.
- Refunds for insurance products may be subject to verification and processing times of 14-21 business days.
3. Investment Products
For investment products such as the Children's Education Fund:
- Investment products are subject to market risks and the value of investments can fluctuate.
- Redemption of investment products will be processed according to the terms specified in your investment agreement.
- Early withdrawal fees or penalties may apply as detailed in your investment agreement.
- The refund amount for investment products will be based on the current market value at the time of redemption, not the original amount invested.
4. Consultation Fees
For financial consultation services:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled consultation may be eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling without penalty, at our discretion.
- No refund will be issued for missed consultations without prior notice.
- If you are dissatisfied with a consultation that has already taken place, please contact our customer service team within 7 days to discuss possible remedies.

7. Refund Processing
Upon approval of your refund request:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase
- Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days to process
- Mobile money refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Customized financial plans that have been fully delivered and implemented
- Services that have been fully rendered
- Products or services explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
- Administrative fees, as specified in your agreement or policy documents
9. Exceptions
Exceptions to this refund policy may be made at the sole discretion of Beienshold in extraordinary circumstances. Each case will be reviewed individually, and our decision will be final.
